If you receive any damaged, defective or incorrect book, tape, video or transcript from WRF, you may return the product within 30 days of delivery. After receiving the returned item, we will either send you a replacement or issue a full refund, including shipping and handling.

Library Information Search Packets

Health Information packets are a special service we provide for patrons that do not have the opportunity to visit our library and perform their own research. If you are not satisfied with any health information library search packet, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, less any shipping and handling charges.

For refunds or exchanges, please allow 3 to 4 weeks to process. Returns should be pre-paid and include a copy of the original order or shipping paperwork. We recommend that you use either UPS or another trackable shipping method when returning merchandise to us.
